The B&B has everything you'd expect from a beach side hotel. Amazing location and we stayed in the big double bed room facing the beach which made our experience much much better. The host (I think David) was dynamic, enthusiastic and helpful. He gave loads of tips on places to eat, hangout and have fun. He hosted us really well and also accommodated the requests we made to check out half an hour late and to join the breakfast a bit late. The only downside is the lack of allocated parking space. The two days we stayed there, we had to park at different places at least half a mile away. Apart from that one minor downside, it's an amazing place to stay in and enjoy Llandudno
Stayed at this lovely little B&B in Llandudno for 3 days just gone. Can't recommend a stay here ENOUGH. Right by the beach. Rooms light and airy. Very clean and the hosts couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Llandudno again. Thank you David and Claire for having us. P.S. video is of our room No.9 top floor. Loved it.
Honestly the perfect hotel, we were greeted very warmly and got recommendations etc. Sea view room is worth it and very clean. Highly recommend!!!
Weekend break This is a great Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommended. Very friendly team of staff. David the owner is very helpful and always keen to help in any way. Room is very clean and spacious. Seafront position with great views. Bed is very comfortable. Very nice breakfast in a dining room that is set out well. First time in Llandudno and will be returning to this B&B plus Llandudno.
Stayed for 2 nights, the room and facilities were spotlessly clean. Superb breakfast with plenty of choice on the menu. Our host's, David and Claire were so welcoming and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble for them! We will definitely be returning and this amazing couple are worthy of their four stars and more!

We stayed in Room 4 with great views from the bay window seating area along the promenade to the Orme. The room was cleaned every day and very comfortable with a great ensuite bathroom. David and Claire were great hosts and very helpful. Claire's cooked breakfasts were yummy and loved the morning fruit pots. Will definitely stay again if we return to Llandudno.
My partner and I had a brilliant stay at Promenâd B&B. The room was spotless, modern and definitely not outdated, which made it feel really comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff were genuinely lovely, Claire and David were friendly and welcoming both on arrival and when checking out, which makes such a difference. The shower was great too, with strong water pressure and no temperature issues at all — something I can’t say for a lot of other hotels I’ve stayed in. It was just easy and stress‑free. It’s also an LGBTQ‑friendly place, which I really appreciated. Overall, a really positive stay and I’d happily return
